A practical and creative programme helping young people build confidence, strengthen resilience and explore the choices that shape their lives.
Choices for Life supports young people to understand themselves, practise useful life skills and make informed choices in a safe and respectful setting. Sessions are active, practical and relevant. Young people can take part without being expected to share personal experiences or speak before they are ready.
The programme is delivered through schools and through trusted sports, community and social settings across North Longford.
AGES 12 TO 17. Interactive workshops delivered through social education classes in local schools.
Practical workshops delivered with sports organisations, community partners and social groups.
Conversation, creativity and practical tools —not another lecture.
Practical tools for emotional wellbeing, problem-solving, communication, stress management and goal-setting.
Creative expression, storytelling and digital activities that encourage confidence and participation.
